All R&N Collections include shipping in the price of the Collection for Canadian residents. If shipping to the US or outside Canada, shipping costs will be charged and additional duties may apply upon arrival. Rest and Nest is not responsible for these additional costs. Canadian shipments are made through Canada Post and can take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive from the order date.

ISSUING A RETURN
To request a return please email us within 14 days of your purchase. Please do not return your package before contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return instructions and address will be issued within the same business day.
Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition, including packaging.
Please note: All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer.
Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund if the items are defective, worn or damaged. If a return is deemed unacceptable, it may be returned to the customers, at the customer’s expense.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to a request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective along with an image of the item.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
